SCCC signs MoU with the Department of Skill Development for skill development of Thai labors
Siva Mahasandana (2nd from right) Director and Chief Executive Officer, Siam City Cement Public Company Limited (SCCC), recently signed the MoU for Skill Development of construction labors with Prateep Songlamyong (2nd from left) Director General of the Department of Skill Development, Ministry of Labour, to ensure continuity of cooperation after the previous MoU had expired. SCCC also donated 100 tons of cement for organizing knowledge and skill training for construction labors in 20 provinces nationwide at The Pakorn Angsusing Conference Room, Department of Skill development. Also recently attended the ceremony are Chalearmpong Boonrod (left) Deputy Director of Department of Skill Development, Ministry of Labour and Netiwat Umrod (right) Sustainable Development and Internal Communication Department Manager.
The collaboration between SCCC and the Department are to develop curriculum and provide knowledge and skill training for construction labors to meet standard and generate income for a better quality of life which is aligned with SCCC Sustainability Ambition 2030 to create positive impact to all stakeholders.
