SCCC Promotes Low-Carbon Cement and Concrete Innovation in Partnership with Pruksa to Reduce Carbon Footprint
Siam City Cement and Pruksa Partner to Showcase Low-Carbon Innovations and Combat Global Warming
Two industry giants in Thailand's real estate, "Pruksa Holding Public Company Limited" and construction sector, "Siam City Cement" have teamed up to highlight their commitment to environmental sustainability. By introducing "INSEE Petch Easy Flow," a line of low-carbon cement products (green cement), along with low-carbon concrete in Pruksa's low-rise projects, they have reduced greenhouse gas emissions by nearly 5 million Kg. CO2 e. as of today.
Since 2019, this partnership has continuously promoted eco-friendly housing and advanced the industry towards green and sustainable construction practices. "INSEE Petch Easy Flow" is now being used in approximately 327 low-rise projects, successfully reducing greenhouse gas emissions by nearly 5 million Kg. CO2 e, which is equivalent to planting over 524,483 trees.
