Sushil Kumar Rathore
MANUFACTURING DIRECTOR
Sushil Kumar Rathore joined INSEE Cement as the Manufacturing Director and a Member of the EXCO team of SCCLK on 20 May 2024.
Sushil brings with him a wealth of experience from his tenure at J.K. Cement Limited India, where he served as the Group Director of Manufacturing. At J.K. Cement, he played a pivotal role in the company's growth. His expertise in the operation and maintenance of cement plants, coupled with his leadership of large teams of senior professionals, has made him a notable figure in the industry.
Recognized as a trendsetter, Sushil has been instrumental in adopting new technologies, tools, and techniques, particularly in energy consumption modifications. His extensive experience will undoubtedly enhance INSEE Cement's manufacturing activities, as he leads projects that will cement INSEE's leadership position in Sri Lanka's cement industry. Additionally, Sushil is deeply committed to developing the next generation of manufacturing leaders at INSEE.
Sushil holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Government Engineering College, Ujjain (M.P.), India, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
