Siam City Cement Receives the prestigious 2023–2024 Green Industry Awards from the Ministry of Industry
SCCC Plant 1&3 and Plant 2 were awarded the Level 5 Green Industry Award (Green Network) for the 5th consecutive time – a true testament to our unwavering commitment to sustainability! Our limestone and shale quarries, along with the INSEE Mortar Plant, received the Level 4 Green Industry Award (Green Culture) for the 3rd consecutive year, reflecting our dedication to embedding green practices into our operations. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Nattapol Rangsitpol, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Industry, and Mr. Akanat Promphan, Minister of Industry, for presenting these prestigious awards at the Army Club (Vibhavadi), Bangkok. The Green Network (Level 5) is the highest level, awarded to organizations by Thailand’s Ministry of Industry that not only implement green practices internally but also actively collaborate with external partners (such as other businesses, communities, or industries) to promote and expand sustainable and environmentally friendly initiatives.
