INSEE Vietnam, one of the pioneering companies in the building materials industry, continues to affirm its strong commitment to a sustainable development strategy by actively pursuing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals.

Over its 30 years of operation in Vietnam, INSEE has not only provided eco-friendly cement and high-quality building materials, but has also focused on developing in harmony with the community and protecting the environment. From reducing carbon emissions through advanced production lines and promoting renewable energy consumption, to accelerating the use of alternative fuels, INSEE has positioned itself as a pioneering building materials manufacturer offering a green product portfolio recognized by reputable international organizations such as the Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC) and Sweden’s EPD International. Currently, all INSEE cement products emit less CO₂ compared to conventional Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC), demonstrating the company’s strong commitment to promoting green construction and sustainable development in Vietnam. Specifically, INSEE Power-S cement reduces carbon emissions (Global Warming Potential - GWP) by 33% compared to OPC, as assessed through the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method in accordance with ISO 14040 and ISO 14044 standards, and using the EPD version 3.1 tool from the Global Cement and Concrete Association (GCCA).

On the social front, INSEE actively carries out community-focused initiatives such as building charity houses and social infrastructure projects that meet Green Building standards, sponsoring health insurance cards, developing a skilled local workforce, and supporting biodiversity conservation in the areas where INSEE operates. At the same time, the company upholds high standards in internal governance and safety, ensuring transparency, integrity, and accountability across all its business operations.

Recently, INSEE Vietnam was honored to be named among the Top 10 ESG Vietnam Green Enterprises 2025 – Basic Building Materials Sector (ESG10 - 2025). This prestigious award is a well-deserved recognition of INSEE’s relentless efforts to integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors into the company’s comprehensive development strategy. The title was announced based on transparent results from the National Research Program on ESG Commitment and Implementation, conducted by Viet Research in collaboration with Dau Tu Newspaper.
