Marking the significance of the Public-Private Partnership formalized by INSEE Cement, the Ministry of Environment and Central Environment Authority, the parties presented a symbolic waste bin that will be placed in schools across the island for collection of discarded carbon pens and toothbrushes to His excellency Gotabaya Rajapaksa, President of Sri Lanka yesterday.
