Cement for high durability concrete
APPLICATION
INSEE Extra Durable is a special cement designed for concrete with high durability requirements and for chemically aggressive environment (seawater, sulfates, acids and chlorides, …).
BENEFITS
Low concrete permeability protects against aggressive elements (chlorides, acids, salts, low pH, etc,...).
Protect against both chlorides and sulfates (OPC type V only protects against sulfates).

STANDARD SPECIFICATION FOR CEMENT
- Standard Specifications for cement In aggressive environment with high Cl-, SO4-2> 200ppm, pH<6.5.
- Cement shall be complaint with ASTM C1157 type HS or TCVN 7711: 2013 type PCBBFS 40- HS.
- At submission of mix design, a test report shows that the chosen concrete mix complies to the limit of chloride permeability “low” (< 2000 Coulomb - ASTM C1202/ TCVN 9337:2012 - chloride permeability of concrete).
